Dr. Andre M. Minor is a community leader, veteran advocate, educator, mentor, and nonprofit executive with more than 30 years of professional leadership experience spanning federal programs, community engagement, technology modernization, governance, and organizational development. As Founder and President of The Minor Consortium Group Foundation (TMCGF), he provides strategic leadership for initiatives focused on grief recovery support, veteran outreach, family resilience, mentoring, faith-based community engagement, and suicide prevention protective factors.

Dr. Minor is a United States military service-connected disabled veteran and has dedicated significant time to supporting veterans, families, individuals experiencing grief and loss, and underserved members of the community. Through TMCGF and affiliated community efforts, he has facilitated one-on-one mentoring sessions, veteran support discussions, grief support activities, faith-based wellness programs, evangelistic outreach initiatives, and community resource navigation efforts designed to strengthen hope, connection, purpose, and resilience.

In addition to his community service, Dr. Minor possesses extensive experience leading complex programs and initiatives within federal and enterprise environments. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Information Technology and has supported large-scale programs involving governance, compliance, strategic planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and performance accountability. His experience includes working with federal agencies, executive leadership teams, program managers, and multidisciplinary stakeholders to develop solutions, manage initiatives, and ensure successful outcomes in highly regulated environments.

Dr. Minor’s leadership philosophy is grounded in service, stewardship, collaboration, and community impact. He believes that many of the factors contributing to emotional distress, social isolation, family instability, and suicide risk can be addressed through strong relationships, community support, mentorship, grief recovery services, faith-based engagement, and access to caring support networks.

Beyond his work with TMCGF, Dr. Minor serves on the Dallas Development Board for Lifeline Chaplaincy alongside his wife, Nicole Minor, helping advance community-focused initiatives that provide care, support, and resources to individuals and families facing difficult life circumstances. He is also a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator, supporting relationship enrichment, premarital preparation, and family-strengthening efforts that promote healthy communication and long-term relational wellness.

Dr. Minor’s vision for TMCGF is to create sustainable pathways of healing, hope, resilience, and connection for veterans, families, grieving individuals, and underserved populations throughout North Texas and beyond. Through strategic partnerships, volunteer engagement, community outreach, mentoring, grief recovery support, and evidence-informed programming, he seeks to help individuals move from isolation toward meaningful connection and lasting hope.
